Data Protection
We are registered under the data protection act and will not pass your details to any third party.
Acceptance
By completing an online order you agree to these terms and conditions which form the only agreement between us and can only be varied in writing by us.
Price
The prices that apply to any order are those offered on our web site at the time of ordering or shown in a quotation from us that is within date.
We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.
Payment
We accept payment by debit and major credit cards as well as by Paypal and full payment is due at the time of ordering.
Payments are taken through Paypal or our secure payment gateway on externally hosted sites to which we have very limited access to so that your details are secure. We will not have access to orders that are not approved for payment by the payment portal, again for your security.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all standard items within 28 days but most are delivered within 7 days of the date of order.
Bespoke and made to measure orders may take extra time but we will advise delivery timescales on receipt of an order.

Cancellations
Orders for stock items can be cancelled up to 5 days before despatch.
Cancellations of bespoke or made to measure orders cannot be accepted once manufacture has commenced. This includes cut to size polycarb.
Faults and Discrepancies
Goods must be inspected and any faults or damage must be notified within 3 days of delivery.
Where an item is found to have a fault you should contact us immediately and we may arrange for the item to be collected or inspected and to replace or refund the item at our discretion.
Discounts
All discount codes will not be able to be used against any sale items. This includes and newsletter signup voucher codes.
Returns
Stock items that have been ordered in error can only be returned on receipt of a returns note from us and such returns can only be accepted if requests are made within 10 days of your receipt of the goods and received by us within 10 days from that request.
Other than for faulty or damaged goods, the return of goods is at your expense and we will charge a 20% handling charge on all returns.
We cannot accept the return of any made to measure or bespoke item unless they are reported faulty within the first 3 days after delivery.
Liability
We will replace faulty goods or those that have discrepancies with the order at our expense but will not be liable for any costs such as labour, administration, loss of profit or any other compensation arising from any problem relating to the goods.
Delivery times are offered as a guide and we will not be liable for any loss or cost relating to late delivery.
Our web site contains a great number of measurements and details and these are offered as a guide only. We will replace or refund the value of any item that does not exactly match its description but will not be liable for any costs or compensation relating to such errors.
Warranties & Suitability
Any guarantee in excess of English Law is offered by the product manufacturer. We will assist you in any claim you have under a manufacturers guarantee.
This web site is published with the intention of assisting you and all information is provided in good faith. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information or the suitability for your purpose of any product. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this site or the information provided within it.
