These boards are ideal for houses that do not have a soffit overhang, or garages. They fit directly to the roof rafters and often overlap the side of the building, ie the bricks or render.
uPVC Flat Fascia Boards have a slightly rounded edge on them compared with other boards for a softer look once fitted.
These boards should be fitted with either suitable stainless steel screws and screw caps of the more popular poly top nails, 40mm in length as a minimum.

Whilst these boards are designed for external use, they are suitable for use inside the house as well. Many have used them to cover window cills, or for making boxes to cover over pipework.
