Bolt Down Spike for use on our Composite Fencing Posts
We offer a bolt down post spike, which as the name suggests gets bolted down to the floor with suitable fixings (not supplied) and then the post is slid over the top and screwed in place, these are approx. 600mm tall
These are made from thick steel with a baseplate of 150mm approx square at the bottom, allowing a good connection to the ground.
Any of the different lengths posts can be used with these. Make sure you use suitable fixings and you are attaching to something with enough strength and weight.
The Bolt down spikes would be used where you do not want to, or cant, dig post holes in the ground. For example on a prefinished driveway or on top of a wall.
