Our PVC frames are generally delivered within 10 working days of ordering/payment, directly to you on specialised 3.5t vehicles, allowing delivery to most, if not all locations.
You can expect a delivery date to come through a few days after your order is placed and the delivery route has been planned.
Prior to your delivery you will receive a call from the delivery driver outlining a rough time for arrival. The delivery will be a one man delivery service, therefore someone will need to be on site to assist and take receipt of the items, this will be your chance to check them over and note any discrepancies. If there is no one available on site on the day of delivery to help the driver unload, this will be a failed delivery and will incur a redelivery fee of £75.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could ensure a clear space has been made for ease of access on the day of delivery.
