We aim to deliver within 28 days and many standard stock items are delivered within 7 days.

Made to measure items and products that are in high demand during this period, mixed with the fact raw materials are difficult to source, these delivery dates may take longer.

Products such as Polycarbonate sheeting and glazing bars are delivered in approx 3 days.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. If packaging looks damaged please sign as damaged on delivery note. If you suspect the items inside the packaging to be damaged, please check and sign for accordingly. If your items turn out to be damaged and you haven’t signed for them as damaged we will not send FOC replacements out. If you have signed as anything apart from ‘damaged’ we will not be able to claim from the delivery company. For all deliveries you must arrange for someone to be in to accept delivery.For large or heavy items you must arrange for someone to assist in offloading the delivery.
 DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders to Mainland England and Wales start at  £18.50 + vat  delivery charge for weekday deliveries. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as we can to re-arrange delivery. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Please check the packaging and its contents for any damage. If packaging looks damaged please sign as damaged on delivery note.  If you suspect the items inside the packaging to be damaged, please check before the courier leaves and sign for accordingly. If your items turn out to be damaged and you haven’t signed for them as damaged we will not be able to claim from the delivery company, and as a result we will not send FOC replacements out.
For Offshore locations we will advise on delivery charges upon receipt of order. We reserve the right to refuse or accept any order and to charge delivery for oversized items or items that require special handling.You must notify us of any access problems (e.g. Narrow or stepped access) at the time of your order enquiry. Any delivery charges will be stated on our order acceptance

FAILED DELIVERIES
If we are unable to make a previously arranged delivery due to incorrect access details being given, or if no one is available to accept a delivery, or if no one is available to assist with large or heavy items we will charge for subsequent attempts to deliver.
